Competency Based In Basket
The competency based in basket gives future principals an
opportunity to experience the management aspects of the
principal ship in an In Basket simulation activity. The competency
based In Basket takes 2 ½ hours to complete.
This In Basket activity is rigorist. It has been described as
"The Best In Basket Available." It is scored in a cohort setting and
each participant retains his or her scores. Scores on the In Basket
are linked to principal competencies and how well the future
principal can see the big challenges in the school.
